Special Touch Home Care Services is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to expand our reach within the United States. You will promote our home care services to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community organizations while representing our LHCSA in the community.

This role is primarily office-based with occasional attendance at events; you will build relationships, generate leads, and collaborate with our intake team to connect new clients with our services.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 2 years of business development experience with a track record of generating leads and driving growth.
• Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage the local office and ensure visitors receive attentive, professional service.
• Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to generate leads and increase client referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, local businesses, and other referral sources.
• Participate in networking events, health fairs, and community presentations to raise awareness of our services.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients and follow up on new opportunities.
• Collaborate with our community intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community members about our services and how to make referrals.
• Track outreach activity, leads, and referrals to evaluate results and improve strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and community needs to identify opportunities for growth.
