Job summary

West Valley Family Health in Yakima, WA seeks a Relief Clinical Support Specialist to join our community health team. You will maintain reports, run audits, and support obstetric care and chart reviews, helping us deliver comprehensive patient services across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree, and 1–2 years in a medical or dental office. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for bilingual pay. Evening/weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associates Degree or certificate preferred.
1 year experience in an office setting, preferably medical or dental.
2 years' experience in a medical or dental office preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Maintains and updates reports and registries for the PCHH team, including outreach, scheduling, and documentation.
Completes audits for invasive procedures and in-house labs; tracks audits with documentation.
Identifies and communicates process improvement ideas.
Manages Release of Information forms and processes subpoenas to HIM.
Sorts mail and faxes to the appropriate department.
Provides OB support including reports, OB log, and consent records.
Provides chart review support to PA/NP and maintains a chart review log.
Performs other duties as assigned
