Job summary

Lincoln Avenue Medical-Dental Clinic in Yakima, WA is hiring a Clinical Support Specialist. We are a community health center with 40+ clinics across Washington and Oregon, offering medical, dental, pharmacy, nutrition, and behavioral health services.

You will maintain reports, run audits, assist with ROI forms, and support OB/PA/NP chart reviews. Travel to multiple sites is required; some evenings and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or certificate preferred.
• Experience in a medical or dental office is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for bilingual differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates reports and registries for the PCHH team, including outreach, scheduling and documentation.
• Completes audits for invasive procedures and in-house labs and tracks audits with documentation.
• Identifies and communicates process improvement ideas to staff.
• Works with patients and staff to ensure completion of ROI forms and handles subpoenas/court orders to HIM.
• Sorts and distributes mail/faxes to relevant departments.
• Provides OB support, including running reports and maintaining OB log, and handles consent forms.
• Provides chart review support to PA/NP and forwards reviews to physicians.
