U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers by assessing their banking needs and providing tailored financial solutions.

You will open accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on depositing and loan products while collaborating with branch teams to enhance the client experience. The role requires strong communication in English and Vietnamese, a high school diploma, and significant retail banking experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Vietnamese language and English.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
