Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Fluency in Spanish (read, write, and speak) is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calls and inbound inquiries; engage customers in the lobby and during transactions to identify sales opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and resources to foster relationship-building conversations and onboarding of new customers.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies; exercise sound judgment within limits.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
