Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Fluency in Spanish reading, writing and speaking is required.
• Strong communication and needs-based conversation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive sales conversations and outbound/inbound activity to meet sales goals.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and onboarding.
• Promote digital banking solutions to deepen relationships.
