Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6 To 12 Months Cash Handling Experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions in accordance with bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through outbound interactions and lobby engagement.
• Utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations and onboarding of new customers.
• Open new accounts and handle customer maintenance requests; support operational activities.
• Maintain regulatory and Fulton policy compliance while providing a trusted customer experience.
• Promote banking solutions to help customers achieve financial goals.
