Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish language and English

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and services to meet financial needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital channels.
• Represents a consistent, high-quality client experience across in-branch and virtual interactions.
