Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Bilingual Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships through in-person and virtual engagement. You will assess banking needs, process account information, and educate clients on deposits and loans while promoting digital tools.

You will open new accounts, assist with loan origination and closing, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Bilingual Spanish-English required; prior retail banking experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish and English.
• Strong client relationships are built on trust and proactive needs assessment.
• Experience in retail banking or equivalent training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through face-to-face and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process requests.
