Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards
• Deliver culturally competent care to Spanish‑speaking patients and families
• Perform clinical procedures, including catheterization and related care
• Assist with patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Work across diverse settings such as Acute Care, Behavioral Health, ICU, and community‑based environments
• Accurately document patient care, including ICD coding when applicable
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

What You Bring

Required

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient‑care skills

Preferred

• BLS Certification
• Experience in Acute Care, ICU, Behavioral Health, or similar settings
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Hands‑on experience with clinical procedures such as catheterization

Compensation and Schedule

• Starting rate begins at $40 per hour
• Higher pay rates available based on assignment type, patient needs, and clinical complexity
• Per‑dime flexible schedule (not a full‑time position)
