Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our field team. You will conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments, and travel to clients' homes across New Jersey to deliver hands-on nursing care.

Your Role:

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required).

• Active CPR Certification

• Previous experience in home care, hospice, or community health settings is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to travel to various client locations.

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
