Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our expanding field team. You will assess new clients and tailor care plans to support their health goals.

Travel to clients' homes across multiple counties, lead caregiver orientations, and collaborate with the office to ensure compliant, thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (Required).
• Active CPR certification.
• Experience in home care, hospice, or community health is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel across New Jersey.

Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients to establish tailored care plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required).

• Active CPR Certification

• Previous experience in home care, hospice, or community health settings is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to travel to various client locations.

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
