Role Overview MICare Management is seeking a compassionate and driven Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based in Canton, MI, with flexibility for remote work. We are looking for an RN who is fluent in Spanish and passionate about helping patients navigate their healthcare needs. In this role, you will guide patients through the healthcare system, coordinate care, proactively address potential medical concerns, and help ensure patients receive the appropriate treatment and support. You’ll play an important role in improving patient outcomes while building meaningful relationships with the patients and families you serve.
