Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking dynamic Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our field team on a per diem basis. If you’re passionate about compassionate, personalized home health care, we want you on our team!

As a per diem RN, you will conduct initial assessments, perform reassessments, lead caregiver orientations, and coordinate with our administrative staff. Travel across assigned New Jersey counties is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Active CPR Certification.
• Experience in home care, hospice, or community health is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to tailor care plans.
• Perform regular reassessments to ensure quality of care.
• Lead field orientations for caregivers.
• Collaborate with administrative team to ensure compliance and documentation.
• Travel to clients' homes across New Jersey to provide hands-on nursing care.

Your Role:

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (Required).
• Active CPR Certification
• Previous experience in home care, hospice, or community health settings is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various client locations.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and compassionate communication.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
