Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support dentists during exams and treatments. You will perform general RDA duties, maintain patient comfort, and uphold high standards of care and professionalism in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant license or eligible
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring and Coronal Polishing certifications preferred
• Digital x-ray and Digital charting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, complete digital charting and verify codes
• Capture quality x-ray images
• Assist dentist with a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms
• Discuss treatment options and follow-up care with patients
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement as certified
• Support with patient appointment scheduling as requested
• Sterilize instruments and comply with cross-contamination standards
• Create positive patient environments and engage with patients before, during, and after visits
• Explain post-care instructions to patients and families
• Assist with prizes and patient dismissal as needed
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
