Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support the dentist during treatments and exams. You will perform general RDA duties, maintain patient flow, and ensure high standards of sterilization and charting.

The role emphasizes patient care, team collaboration, and adherence to HIPAA while fostering a positive, service-oriented environment at one Killeen-area location.

Qualifications

• Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant Licensing is required.
• Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring and Coronal Polishing Certifications preferred (if 2+ years of experience, company provides courses).
• Digital x-ray and Digital Charting Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, completing digital charting and verifying codes with precision.
• Capture quality x-ray images.
• Assist dentist with a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms.
• Discuss treatment options, importance and follow up recommended care.
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures (with required certifications).
• Support patient treatment appointment scheduling as requested.
• Sterilize instruments and follow cross contamination standards.
