Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Generalist to support a warehouse/distribution facility and 200+ employees across three shifts.

This is a hands-on HR role that partners with operations leadership to manage onboarding, employee relations, investigations, benefits, payroll and training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience supporting a workforce of approximately 100+ employees.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
• Experience with onboarding and employee training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations professionally.
• Comfortable working independently and partnering with operations leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Human Resources Generalist to support a warehouse/distribution facility and approximately 200+ employees across three shifts.

This is a hands-on HR role that works closely with employees and operations leadership.

The ideal candidate has experience in a warehouse, distribution center, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, employee-focused setting.

Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $72K-83K/yr

Location: Blue Mound, Texas

Schedule: 1st shift, with the flexibility to support 2nd or 3rd shift and weekend operations as needed.

Reports To: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Requirements

Because this position supports a three-shift operation, flexibility is required. The HR Generalist must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift and provide weekend support as needed.
