PARTNERS OF INTERNAL MEDICINE PA in Florida is seeking a full-time Referrals Coordinator with phlebotomy skills to join a busy internal medicine practice serving patients in office and long-term care settings.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, experience with EHR, and the ability to coordinate referrals, scheduling, and basic clinical support such as phlebotomy and injections. Work location is in-person.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Healthcare setting experience is necessary.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and medical admin tasks is helpful.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years phlebotomy and lab processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in English and Spanish.
• Collect patient information, verify insurance, and manage intake.
• Document in EHR, update records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with clear communication.
• Assist clinical staff with procedures including medication administration, specimen collection, EKGs, and injections.
• Maintain desk organization, handle calls, and process paperwork efficiently.
