Job summary

Marin Community Clinics in Marin County, CA seeks a Referral Navigator for a six-month temporary assignment within the Specialty Referrals team. You will manage, process, track, and close medical and dental referrals for patients, coordinating urgent appointments and acting as patient advocate as needed.

You will work under the Manager of Specialty Referrals, maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA, handle prior authorizations, and provide excellent customer service while supporting providers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in medical/dental settings.
• EPIC or Dentrix experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and schedule patients through Oral Surgery program.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Process referrals and coordinate with specialists promptly.
• Assist patients with appointments and referral processes.
