As a Seasonal Recruitment Specialist, you'll engage with candidates to assist in their recruitment process. Your responsibilities include conducting phone interviews, providing candidate support through activities like outbound calls, chat interactions, onboarding, managing shared inboxes, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound phone screenings with potential candidates professionally and respectfully.
  • Engage in candidate care activities, including outbound calls, chat support, and monitoring shared inboxes.
  • Assist candidates throughout onboarding.
  • Perform background administration and monitoring.
  • Update candidate responses accurately in our applicant tracking system.
  • Extend verbal employment offers to qualified candidates.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in French is required. Candidates must communicate effectively in both English and French.
  • Preferably 1+ years of experience conducting phone interviews or candidate care activities.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependability and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under minimal guidance while delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently.
  • Capacity to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for various positions to meet deadlines.
  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home.
  • Own computer (desktop or laptop) with a reliable internet connection.
  • Personal mobile phone.
