Hamaspik Care in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume, front-facing recruiting for caregiving roles. The onsite position handles walk-in applicants, calls, and ads management to ensure a steady applicant flow.

Responsibilities include scheduling pre-screenings, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and providing translation support while upholding confidentiality and compliance across HR records.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required (Russian or Mandarin/Cantonese).
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• HR or recruiting experience preferred.
• Proactive problem solving and strong critical thinking; able to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Experience with HR systems or ability to learn quickly.
• Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with walk-in applicants with professional, knowledgeable support.
• Manage a high volume of calls and recruiting inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate high-volume recruitment for caregiving positions.
• Monitor Indeed recruitment ads to maintain applicant flow.
• Schedule candidates for pre-screening interviews.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with a positive experience.
• Provide translation support for clear communication.
