Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Valid identification proving work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants.
• Build relationships with candidates and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and employment verification.
• Respond to employment inquiries and incoming calls.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
• Work with recruiters, clients, and branch staff to fill positions quickly.
• Visit client locations when needed to check in employees and provide support.
• Help resolve employee questions and concerns.
