Job summary

XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is hiring a bilingual Recruiter in North Las Vegas to support light industrial hiring. You will partner with managers, source candidates, and conduct phone and in-person interviews.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with compensation of $16.00–$18.00 per hour DOE, plus health insurance.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience within a light industrial staffing agency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent phone, communication, and basic computer skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience interviewing and vetting candidates both over the phone and in person.
• Knowledge of sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and social media.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities
