Qualifications

• 1 year of full-cycle recruiting (preferred).
• 1 year of social media sourcing (preferred).
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment including posting roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and offers.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and initial orientation.
• Maintain and optimize the ATS for a smooth candidate experience.
• Cross-train with a small office staff to support admin tasks.
• Help market the company on local social media to attract local talent.
• Ensure compliant hiring, documentation, and onboarding practices.
