Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive applicant activity to support weekly interview goals.
• Conduct a high level of outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Source and contact candidates from job boards and social media.
• Document applicant information in the Express automated system.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with Employment Specialists.
• Prepare recruiting reports and metrics for leadership.
• Represent Express Employment Professionals professionally in all interactions.
• Support front desk during peak times as needed.
