Versova in Franklin, Idaho is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People Operations team. You will help identify, engage, and hire candidates across hourly, skilled, and professional roles in a high-volume environment, using bilingual communication to expand reach and improve hiring outcomes.

This role collaborates with hiring managers, promotes our employer brand, coordinates interviews, and supports the full recruitment life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: assist with job postings and advertisements and post roles across ATS and external platforms.
• Support interview and selection processes, schedule interviews and prepare materials.
• Identify and recommend recruiting strategies based on industry standards and role type.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: build relationships and conduct intake meetings, provide updates.
• Event Coordination: attend career fairs and recruiting events and promote People Operations programs.
