The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates across hourly, skilled, and professional roles in a high-volume recruiting environment. Using innovative sourcing strategies and bilingual communication skills, this role helps fill hard-to-recruit positions and supports the full recruitment life cycle. This specialist also partners with hiring managers, promotes Versova's employer brand, and assists in other HR and strategic People Operations initiatives to drive organizational growth and maintain a positive work culture.
This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to recruiting events, universities, and operational sites. The position may involve lifting up to 25 lbs. for job fairs or events and may include occasional exposure to farm or production environments.
