You will oversee current temporary staff and recruit new workers for our manufacturing and warehousing clients, ensuring top-notch customer service as the daily point of contact for staffing needs.

The role involves interviewing, hiring/terminating, scheduling, and handling data entry, records maintenance, recruiting events, ads, postings, and networking to maintain proper staffing

Responsibilities

• Oversee currently working temporary employees.
