Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative and recovery‑oriented interventions for clients.
• Promote skills for coping with behavioral health symptoms.
• Conduct assessment and groups for substance abuse and dependency.
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Connect individuals to care coordination, outreach and community resources.
