Bleuler Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) to join our multidisciplinary team in New York. The CRPA will provide recovery-oriented support, mentorship, and connections to community resources for program participants, working closely with clinical staff to promote engagement and self-advocacy.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• CRPA training and NYCB CRPA credential.
• At least one year in a recovery-oriented setting preferred.
• Lived recovery experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-based recovery support and share lived experiences.
• Build supportive relationships and encourage engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support recovery goals.
• Provide non-clinical crisis support and navigation assistance.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation within 24 hours of service.
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and professional development.
