Merakey is seeking a PRN Bilingual Facility Attendant in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves monitoring residents in a transitional housing program for Veterans and individuals with a history of homelessness, ensuring safety, and supporting recovery efforts.

Prior experience in residential or substance abuse settings is preferred; bilingual proficiency is required. Earns $19.36 per hour with benefits including DailyPay, retirement options, and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Effective communication skills are required.
• Previous experience with VA population preferred.
• 18 years old minimum required.
• Previous experience in residential or drug and alcohol treatment setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' behavior to maintain a safe, harassment-free atmosphere.
• Perform building checks for cleanliness and safety (all rooms).
• Complete incident reports and notify supervisor per policy.
• Monitor residents during medication administration and report issues promptly.
• Oversee assigned chores and ensure inspections are completed properly.
• Complete mandated trainings within required time frames.
