Reser's Fine Foods, Century Plant in Hillsboro, OR is hiring a front desk receptionist. You will answer calls, greet vendors and visitors, and support production offices with administrative tasks. Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a front office environment.
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and greet vendors and visitors.
• Provide administrative assistance to production offices.
• Distribute job applications and receive resumes.
• Sort, file, and scan office documents.
• Sort, distribute and send mail for production offices.
• Respond to customer and employee requests.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Screen applicants when needed.
