Reser’s Fine Foods – Century Plant in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee sanitation procedures for production machinery, facility, and equipment. You will supervise staff, develop procedures, and ensure safety, health, and GMP compliance.

This role requires 3+ years in sanitation, a high school diploma, basic PC skills, and preferred English/Spanish bilingual capabilities. The position is full-time with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sanitation experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic PC skills are required.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sanitation cleaning procedures.
• Maintains employees’ relations including hiring, training, and disciplining.
• Instructs and coaches employees to properly use protective equipment.
• Develops new sanitation procedures and protocol.
• Ensures proper safety procedures are used by sanitation employees.
• Trains all employees in good safety and health practices.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Job Specifications

Working Conditions

• 1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
• 2. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.
• 3. Frequent exposure to hazardous material and waste.
• 4. Frequent lifting, kneeling, and bending with items up to 80 lbs. is required.
• 5. Repetitive hand, wrist and finger activities.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
