Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods – Century Plant in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a sanitation supervisor who will supervise and develop sanitation procedures for production machinery, facility and equipment, aiming to maintain clean, safe, and compliant operations across the plant.

The role requires 3+ years of sanitation experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic PC skills; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. This is a full-time position with potential bonus based on company performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sanitation cleaning procedures.

• Ensures proper safety procedures are used by sanitation employees.
• Trains all employees in good safety and health practices.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to the nature of the facility.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitors sanitation cleaning procedures.

Job Specifications

1. 3+ years Sanitation experience is required.

2. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

3. Basic PC skills are required.

4. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions

1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.

2. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F.

3. Frequent exposure to hazardous material and waste.

4. Frequent lifting, kneeling, and bending with items up to 80 lbs. is required.

5. Repetitive hand, wrist and finger activities.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
