Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and schedule daily activities for receiving clerks, material handlers, and forklift operators.
• Manage labor allocation based on inbound volumes and client demands.
• Train full-time and temporary staff on SOPs and safety requirements.
• Monitor team performance and achieve daily operational goals.
• Coordinate dock schedules with carriers; ensure 24-hour inventory put-away.
• Audit receiving docs and verify product info and weights.
• Enforce OSHA safety procedures and 5S standards across docks.
