Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during audits.
• Flexible schedule including planned/unplanned overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control across client accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Lead cycle counts, physical audits, and investigate discrepancies.
• Reconcile warehouse inventory with WMS and client systems.
• Manage and coach the inventory control team; enforce policies.
• Identify variances, produce clear reports for management and clients.
