Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a reputable health center in Pomona, CA to hire a Registered Dental Assistant who will provide chair-side assistance, prepare and sterilize equipment, set up trays, and process radiographs under the supervision of the Lead Dental Assistant and Dentist.

The role also covers patient intake, records management, inventory control, and contributing to monthly reporting and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license in good standing.
• California radiation safety certification.
• 1–2 years of dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side assistance during dental procedures.
• Prepare, sterilize, organize, and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Set up procedure trays and maintain records.
• Take, develop, and process dental radiographs under supervision.
• Support radiation safety procedures and inventory management.
• Welcome and interact with patients; conduct triage and interviews.
• Assist with monthly reporting and quality improvement activities.
