Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One-year experience as a dental assistant.
• Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant required.
• Coronal polishing and sealants certifications required.
• Current and valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients in waiting area and escorts patients to the operatory.
• Assist the dentist in chair-side treatments as required.
• Maintain sterile and clean environment per infection control procedures.
• Review health history and ensure forms are completed.
• May assist in front office tasks as needed.
• Oversee supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Take x-rays and assist in dental laboratory work.
