Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in Salt Lake County is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs, helping them grow communication, social, and life skills.

The role offers both part-time and full-time options with competitive pay of $22–$28 per hour, based on experience, and direct BCBA supervision to support your clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in home settings.
• Implement treatment programs designed by a BCBA.
• Use play-based and structured ABA teaching methods.
• Collect and record therapy session data electronically.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and clinical leadership.
• Support Spanish-speaking families by helping bridge communication during therapy sessions.
• Assist with therapy materials, preparation, and organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Support generalization of skills through collaboration with families.
