Acclimate ABA in Utah is seeking a registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with autism in home, school, and community settings. The role involves implementing BCBA-designed plans, collecting data, and documenting progress with clear session notes.

You will work in a collaborative environment with BCBAs and caregivers, enjoying flexible scheduling options and opportunities for hands-on ABA training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and professional client support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
