Hidden Light ABA is hiring an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans, provide 1:1 therapy, collect data, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent care.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification and has experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, applying behavioral therapy techniques with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities
