Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a 1:1 therapy setting. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and work with a treatment team to ensure consistent practice.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification and have experience with behavioral therapy techniques, demonstrating compassion and professionalism in daily interactions with clients and families.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work compassionately and professionally with individuals with developmental disabilities.
