• RBT training and certification paid for by us.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink).
• Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Communicate progress with your BCBA and team.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins.
