Job summary

Behavior Stars in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a Paraprofessional (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center settings after school, 10–20 hours per week. Reliability, compassion, and a passion for helping children with autism are essential.

Role includes implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data with Rethink, and maintaining consistency with BIPs while communicating progress with the BCBA and team. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred not required
• RBT training and certification paid for by us
• Highschool diploma is a must
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)
• Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Communicate progress with your BCBA and team
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins
