Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. You will work with a BCBA and team to implement individualized plans in clients' homes within a 30-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for communication with families.
• Experience with children and basic caregiving ideal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
