Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. Candidates will work closely with BCBAs to support the development of communication and daily living skills.

This role offers an expected salary range of $25.00 to $42.00 per hour, with premium pay for evening sessions, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Physically able to perform job duties including kneeling and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.

Skills

Fluency in English and Spanish
