Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work in-home within a 20-mile radius, collaborating with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based services.

We cover paid RBT training and exam costs, offer bilingual pay enhancements, after-hours premium pay, and weekly BCBA supervision. A strong schedule commitment and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑home or clinic‑based, one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
