Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Monroe, NC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. This part-time role involves delivering one-on-one sessions under BCBA supervision and collecting data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
