Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data using electronic data collection software
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review progress
• Develop teaching materials and visuals for clients
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
