Blue Jay ABA in Burlington, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who speaks Spanish to join our in-home ABA team on a part-time basis.

You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, provide one-on-one therapy to children with ASD, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to provide services in Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
